This guide is educational, not a universal service prescription. Vehicle condition, material, finish, access, and your requested result still determine the right scope.

01

Show the condition before scheduling

Send wide photos of the vehicle plus close views of the areas driving the request. Include the vehicle year, make, model, service location, and the result you care about most.

02

Confirm a workable service location

Share where the vehicle will be parked and any access constraints. Oversized vehicles, workplace appointments, and travel beyond the core Twin Ports area should be discussed before the day of service.

03

Clear personal items, not the evidence

Remove valuables and loose personal items, but do not pre-clean the condition you want assessed. Clear access helps the work begin efficiently while accurate photos help the quote remain useful.
